Proactive Medicine for a Longer, Healthier Life

Physician-led longevity care focused on prevention, early detection, and personalized health optimization.

A Better Way to Build Health

Healthcare has traditionally focused on treating disease after it appears. At LiveWell Longevity, we believe the future of medicine lies in prevention, early detection, and proactive health optimization.

Our physician-led, membership-based practice is designed to help you understand your health more deeply, identify risks early, and build a personalized strategy for long-term vitality. By combining principles of functional medicine with evidence-based research, we take a comprehensive view of health—examining how lifestyle, metabolism, environment, and genetics interact over time.

Through thoughtful assessment, ongoing guidance, and strategic monitoring, we help patients move beyond reactive care and toward a longer, healthier, and more vibrant life.

Our Philosophy

We believe that health is not simply the absence of disease, but the result of intentional, informed choices made consistently over time.

Our approach centers on identifying risks early, understanding the underlying drivers of health, and creating personalized strategies that support long-term vitality. We aim to move beyond symptom management and focus on optimizing the systems that sustain health.

Through thoughtful evaluation, education, and ongoing partnership, we empower patients to take an active role in their health and build habits that support a longer, healthier life.

Physician-Led Preventive Care
Our care model is built around proactive prevention and early detection, guided by physician oversight and individualized strategy.

Personalized Health Strategy
We recognize that health is deeply personal. Each patient receives a tailored plan designed around their unique biology, lifestyle, and goals.

Comprehensive Insight
Through advanced testing, metabolic evaluation, and biomarker analysis, we gain a deeper understanding of your health and potential risks.

Long-Term Partnership
Longevity is not achieved through one-time interventions. Our membership model allows for continuous guidance, monitoring, and strategic adjustments over time.

The LiveWell Approach

Because health doesn’t need to be complicated — it needs to be intentional.

Meet the Founder

Beth Renwick, MD

Dr. Beth is a board-certified emergency physician with more than 18 years of experience in emergency and urgent care medicine. Over the course of her career, she has cared for more than 84,000 patients — most often at moments of urgency, vulnerability, and consequence.

For nearly two decades, she treated advanced chronic illness — conditions that had often been developing silently for years before becoming critical.

Over time, her focus shifted from crisis intervention to prevention.

After her own diagnosis of multiple sclerosis in 2010, she deepened her commitment to building health deliberately and sustainably — integrating functional medicine principles with evidence-based practice to support long-term resilience.

LiveWell Longevity reflects that evolution: thoughtful, proactive medical care designed to strengthen health before disease takes hold.

Outside of medicine, she values time with her husband and daughter, long stretches of sunshine, meaningful travel, gathering around nourishing meals with close friends, and anything that keeps her moving.

  • This practice is built on long-term thinking.

    Prevention-focused.

Rather than reacting to illness, we focus on identifying risk early, tracking change over time, and building sustainable foundations for lifelong health.

Experience in acute medicine informs different questions:

    • What if we intervened decades earlier?

    • What if we could feel better now while building a solid and healthy future?

  • Yes.

Membership includes access to a curated referral network of aligned, vetted wellness professionals when appropriate.

This may include specialists in areas such as nutrition, physical therapy, strength training, mental health, sleep optimization, primary providers, OB/GYNs, and other supportive disciplines.

All referrals are selected thoughtfully to ensure continuity, clinical integrity, and a shared prevention-focused philosophy.

  • Testing is selected thoughtfully based on individual risk, age, and goals. Evaluation often includes:

    Metabolic health markers
Assessment of blood sugar regulation, liver and kidney function, and electrolyte balance.

    Complete blood count
Evaluation of anemia, immune health, and overall blood cell balance.

    Cardiovascular risk markers
Advanced cholesterol analysis, particle assessment, and other markers not typically included in your annual prevention visits, to better define cardiovascular risk beyond a standard lipid panel.

    Inflammation markers
High-sensitivity testing to assess low-grade systemic inflammation associated with long-term disease risk.

    Insulin resistance screening
To evaluate for early metabolic dysfunction.

    Sex hormone analysis (when appropriate)
Assessment of estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and related markers to better understand perimenopause, menopause transition, metabolic influence, and symptom patterns.

    Thyroid function panel
Comprehensive evaluation of thyroid regulation and metabolic influence.

    Vitamin status
To assess bone, neurologic, and metabolic health.

    Genetic risk assessment (when appropriate)
Select genetic screening, such as markers associated with dementia risk, to guide long-term surveillance and lifestyle strategy.

  • Imaging is selected based on individual needs and membership level. It may include:

    DEXA scan
Assessment of bone density and body composition, including lean mass and visceral fat.

Advanced imaging (such as cardiac, brain, or whole-body studies) may be evaluated in Comprehensive membership.

  • No.

Testing is individualized. Some patients require a foundational panel; others benefit from deeper surveillance.

The goal is clarity — not excess.

  • LiveWell Longevity is a membership-based preventive practice focused on education, risk reduction, and long-term health planning.

Members maintain a relationship with their primary care physician for routine and acute medical needs.

  • LiveWell Longevity is a private membership practice and does not bill insurance.

This model allows for extended visits, comprehensive planning, and continuity of care without time constraints.

    • For individuals who have come to understand that health is not incidental — it is foundational.

    • For those who recognize that feeling well, thinking clearly, moving freely, and living without preventable disability is invaluable.

    • For people who sense that something must change now in order to remain strong, capable, and independent for decades to come.

    • Many members are high-functioning professionals balancing career, family, and responsibility — who are ready to approach their health with the same intentionality they bring to the rest of their lives.

  • LiveWell Longevity is not urgent care or emergency medicine.
Members should maintain a relationship with a primary care physician for routine and acute medical needs.

This practice is not designed for crisis management, same-day access, or unlimited on-demand visits.

It is not a replacement for insurance-based care.

Instead, this is a structured, prevention-focused partnership centered on long-term health strategy and thoughtful oversight.
